eduCommons provides access to educational materials more commonly known as OpenCourseWare.

eduCommons Demo Site

NOTE: This demo site is reset every eight hours, so please plan accordingly as you use this site.

This is a demo site running eduCommons software. Please feel free to log in using one of the demo accounts provided. If you have not used eduCommons before you may also want to check out the documentation.

eduCommons provides a number of user roles to help in the process of building and publishing courses. You can use the following to log in under these roles to get a better idea how they work. For a detailed explanation of user roles and content development you may want to refer to the eduCommons getting started guide or view the following screencast.


Welcome!

  • To log in as a producer use the following:
    • username: producer

    • password: producer
  • To log in to the QA role use the following:
    • username: quality
    • password: quality
  • To log in as a publisher use the following:
    • username: publisher
    • password: publisher

What's New

  • Learn more about keeping up to date via RSS.
  • Look for the presentation mode icon Presentation Mode in the upper right which allows you to view content as slides.
  • We've also added many more new features for those who are adding new content to eduCommons sites.

Content

  • Use the Content View icon Content View to view or download a plain version of a page. This feature makes it easy to reuse the content elsewhere, but be sure to check with the requirements of the copyright license listed at the bottom of the page.
